How did you become interested in writing about health?
My love of writing and newfound health consciousness. I'd rather prevent now than cure later. Let's be healthy forever!
When it comes to health, what is your best advice to maintaining good health?
Drink lots and lots of water, eat well -- not just a balanced diet, but healthy foods that make you happy -- and exercise in a way that makes you feel like ahhhhhh! Get lots of rest, balance work and play, express yourself, and make as much peace with yourself and the world as you can. And love, love, love!
